The construction land area is 45,357㎡, with a total site area of 50,118㎡. The planned building area is 108,857㎡. The project primarily involves the construction of factory buildings and supporting ancillary facilities, capable of meeting an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of intelligent and environmentally friendly transformers, high-voltage switchgear, and low-voltage intelligent complete sets of equipment.

Besides the office area, the factory building is the largest and most functionally complex core structure within the park. To meet the need for efficient coordination along the electrical equipment manufacturing assembly line, Mingyu Electric and Baorunda have deeply integrated their respective resources. From structural design to color application, the two companies have collaborated effectively throughout the entire process. In the application and implementation of Mingyu Electric’s environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing architectural system, Baorunda’s polyurethane-sealed rockwool sandwich panels—with their excellent performance and commitment to environmental sustainability—have become the central carrier of the project’s green DNA.

Installation is efficient: The snap-fit installation method significantly reduces labor costs, eliminates exposed nails, and ensures a longer service life for the building.
