▷ Flexible scheme configuration

The JP-type low-voltage integrated distribution cabinet features three basic functions: metering, power distribution, and reactive power compensation. It can be flexibly configured according to specific needs. There are seven configuration options available: metering + power distribution + compensation, metering + power distribution, power distribution + compensation, metering + compensation, metering, power distribution, and compensation.

▷ The components used in JP-type low-voltage integrated distribution boxes are from well-known domestic and international brands. Isolating switches are sourced from companies such as Chint, Schneider, and ABB; switching capacitors are specifically designed for capacitor applications; power capacitors are supplied by Chint, ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Epcos, and others. Reactive power compensators come from both domestic and international brands, including Schneider’s NR6 and NR12 series, ABB’s RVT-6, RVT-12, RVC-6, RVC-8, and RVC-12 series, EPCOS’s BR6000 series, and domestic brands such as Shanghai Ancore’s ARC-6/J(R), ARC-8/J(R), ARC-10/J(R), and ARC-12/J(R); as well as Suzhou Radio Factory No. 6’s PDKI reactive power compensation integrated measurement and control devices, including models JKL21AII, JKL21AI1, JKL21I1, JKG-6, JKG-8, and JKG-10.

▷ The entire cabinet frame is assembled from stainless steel 304, and the cabinet itself has a thickness of 1.5 mm. The distribution box is designed to be waterproof, dustproof, theft-proof, leak-proof, lightning-proof, and resistant to electromagnetic interference. It also boasts sufficient structural strength to ensure that it won't deform during transportation and installation.

▷ Fully functional. It features both manual and automatic switching modes. Comprehensive protection functions include: overvoltage, overload, undervoltage, undercurrent, short circuit, phase failure, and zero-sequence overlimit protection. D responds rapidly, delivers excellent compensation performance, and operates reliably.

▷ Grounding protection is complete. The lower part of the cabinet is equipped with a main grounding screw marked with a grounding symbol, and the door is connected to the cabinet body using a yellow-green bicolored wire, ensuring that the entire low-voltage switchgear forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
