MNS Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear


This series of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a modular cabinet type assembled in the factory using standardized components (FBA). It is suitable for use in power plants, substations, petrochemical facilities, metallurgical and steel mills, transportation and energy sectors, light industry and textile enterprises, as well as residential communities and high-rise buildings. It serves as distribution equipment for power systems operating at 50–60 Hz with rated working voltages of 660 V or lower, used for electrical energy conversion, distribution, and control.

It serves as distribution equipment for electrical power systems operating at 50–60 Hz with rated working voltages of 660 V or lower, used for power conversion, distribution, and control.

Model Meaning

Operating environment

▷ The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃, nor fall below -5℃, and the 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35℃.

▷ The surrounding air shall be clean, with relative humidity not exceeding 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is permissible—for example, up to 90% at +25℃—but it should be noted that moderate condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature fluctuations.

▷ For indoor use only, at altitudes not exceeding 2000m.

▷ In places with no significant shaking or impact vibrations.

▷ Pollution level: Level 3.

▷ Seismic intensity: Grade 8.

▷ The temperature during the transportation and storage of switchgear can range from -25°C to 55°C; for short periods (no more than 24 hours), the temperature may reach up to +70°C.

▷ If the above-mentioned usage conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate a solution.
