SCB10 and SCB11 Epoxy-Resin Cast Dry-Type Transformers

The SC10, SCB10 series, and SCB11 epoxy-resin cast dry-type transformers are difficult to ignite, fire-resistant, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, and compact in size—allowing them to be installed directly at the load center. Moreover, their scientifically sound design and advanced casting process minimize partial discharge levels, ensure low noise, and provide excellent heat dissipation. Under forced-air cooling conditions, these transformers can operate continuously at 140% of their rated load. They are equipped with an intelligent temperature controller that features fault alarms, overtemperature alarms, overtemperature trip functions, and black-out protection. Additionally, they can be connected to a computer via an RS485 serial interface for centralized monitoring and control.

S11/13 Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer

Compared with conventional oil-immersed transformers, the S11/S13 oil-immersed distribution transformers eliminate the oil conservator and instead use corrugated tank fins as cooling and heat-dissipation components in place of oil pipes. The corrugated tank is manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled thin steel sheets on a specialized production line. The corrugated fins expand and contract in response to changes in the volume of transformer oil, thereby isolating the transformer from the atmosphere and effectively preventing and slowing down oil degradation and insulation moisture absorption, thus enhancing operational reliability and ensuring maintenance-free operation under normal conditions. After undergoing degreasing, derusting, and phosphating treatments, the surface of the corrugated tank is coated with a three-proof (rainproof, moisture-proof, and smoke-proof) paint, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments such as metallurgy and petrochemical plants.

MNS Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear

This series of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a modular cabinet type assembled in the factory using standardized components (FBA). It is suitable for use in power plants, substations, petrochemical facilities, metallurgical and steel mills, transportation and energy sectors, light industry and textile enterprises, as well as residential communities and high-rise buildings. It serves as distribution equipment for power systems operating at 50–60 Hz with rated working voltages of 660 V or lower, used for electrical energy conversion, distribution, and control.
